Vomo is a privately owned 225-acre property in the Mamanuca islands, 15-minutes north via helicopter or seaplane from Nadi International Airport. Mount Vomo rises on the e astern side of the island and provides spectacular 360-degree views to those who wish to conquer it. Both manicured grounds and lush natural plantings cover Vomo - no wonder the island was historically a favoured retreat of Fijian Royal Chiefs. Soft white sands edge the entire island and gently drift into clear aqua waters which can be enjoyed throughout the entire day. Getting to Fiji Known as the crossroads of South Pacific travel, Fiji has many international airlines servicing Nadi International Airport. Vomo is only 15 minutes from Nadi International Airport and Denerau via helicopter and seaplane. Sea transfers provide daily transfers with an approximate sailing time of 75 minutes. Vomo and Fiji's time zone is GMT +12 hours. During the Fijian summer, Vomo and Fiji have a daylight savings change of GMT +13 hours. Major airlines currently flying into Nadi International Airport include Air New Zealand, Korean Air, Air Vanuatu, Air Niugini, and Aircalin/Air Caledonie International. Air Transfers Helicopter transfers operate from Nadi International Airport with flights departing to suit your arrival time. Flight time is approximately 15-minutes and representative can meet you in the International Arrivals Hall. There are seaplane transfers from Nadi with departure times to suit your flight arrival. Flight time is approximately 15-minutes. Check-in for seaplane transfers is located in the Nadi Domestic Terminal. Please be sure to check in 30 minutes prior to your departure time. Additional luggage may be stored at Nadi International Airport. Sea Transfers The Yasawa Flyer departs Denerau Marina daily at 8.30 AM and arrives at Vomo approximately 9.45AM. Return sailings depart Vomo approximately 4.30 PM and arrive at Denerau Marina at 5.45PM. Children under 5 years travel free of charge and children aged 5-15 travel at 50% of the adult rate. All passengers transferring to and from Vomo are invited to enjoy the airconditioned Captain's Lounge, with complimentary beverages whilst onboard.
