Booking Terms and Conditions From 1st April 2010 Up to two children 12 years and under may stay free of charge in the room when sharing with a parent or guardian. Extra bedding cost F$50. Cots are complimentary. Food and Beverage fir children: 0-4 years old stay and eat for free, 4-12 years old F$120. Minimum stay of 5 nights required from December 20th - 2nd January only. Children are welcome at the resort all year round. Please contact Vomo for Turtle Club dates. A deposit of 50% is payable within 14 days of booking confirmation. Non-payment of deposit may result in release of booking. Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival or cancellation of booking may result. Cancellation Policy Notice of cancellation must be received in writing via email or fax from the reservation company, the receipt of which needs to be acknowledged and verified by Vomo. Greater than 30 days prior to arrival date with written notice of cancellation: no cancellation fee. Between 16-30 days prior to arrival date with written notice of cancellation: 50% cancellation fee. 15 days or less notice to arrival date with written notice of cancellation: 100% cancellation fee. No-shows or days not used due to late arrival or premature departure: 100% cancellation fee.
